General Rules

The entire general rules with the applicable penalties in the entire Network are given below. We would like to remind you that every user, as soon as he/she registers his/her account in the network, automatically accepts all the clauses of the rules and that the rules may change at any time, so it is up to the user to update himself/herself and not being aware of the rules will not be considered a justification.

REMINDER: No exceptions are made to either VIP (as per our Store terms of service) or Staffer.

• TO PLAY WITH BROTHERS AND SISTERS

  Would you like to play with your brother or sister? Great! Here are the guidelines to do so while respecting the rules:

  • Contact a Staff member:
    • Our staff is always ready to assist. You can visit our Discord and enter the “Support Waiting Room” and explain your issue.
    • Alternatively, you can open a Ticket on our Discord. Create your account and go to the “Help Request” section to explain your issue.
• ACTIONS PUNISHABLE WITH A BAN
  • Use of obvious cheats or found during a check – 21-day ban (Permanent on the 3rd offense).
  • Admitting to using Cheats, Autoclickers, Macros, Mouse-Abusing, X-Ray – 14-day ban (60 days on the 3rd offense).
  • Use of CheatEngine and/or memory-altering programs – 30-day ban.
  • Buying items from other players using real currency – Permanent ban and Blacklist at staff discretion.
• OTHER MOUSE-RELATED OFFENSES
  • Using AutoHotkey, X-Mouse, or any software intended to create macros – 30-day ban (excluding official keyboard/mouse software).
  • Mouse Debounce Time below 10ms – 14-day ban.
• DISALLOWED MODS
  • Active Damage Indicator – 7-day ban (except in Vanilla).
  • Active Minimap – 7-day ban (only if the mod shows entities like players).
  • Admitting to using an unauthorized minimap or damage indicator – 4-day ban (on the 3rd offense, the ban becomes 21 days).
• HACK CHECKS & LOG REVIEWS

  Hack and log checks are periodically performed by our staff using the Anydesk software (anydesk.com/downloads).

  Players have the full right to refuse a check, but doing so will result in a ban.

  During a check, installation of certain tools may be requested. Refusing or obstructing this process will result in a ban.

  Wasting staff time is prohibited. Users who act unseriously, mock staff, or take too long to provide the necessary data will be sanctioned as if they refused the check.

  Any user who modifies/deletes Minecraft-related folders, the recycle bin, or other relevant data before providing their Anydesk information will be banned.

  • Refusing a hack check – 21-day ban.
  • Refusing a log check – 21-day ban (If a staff member requests a log check due to multiple accounts detected on the same IP and one is banned, the user will still be banned for Ban Evading // Multi-accounting).
  • Recording or screen-sharing during a check – 7-day ban.
  • Deleting or modifying files before a check – 14-day ban.
  • Multi-accounting (found during a log check) – 14-day ban on main account, permanent ban on the alt.
  • Ban evading – Permanent ban on alt accounts used + 21-day ban on main account.
  • Inability to perform a hack check – 7-day ban.
• DISALLOWED CLIENTS
  • LabyMod with active Damage Indicator (except Vanilla) – 7-day ban.
  • Admitting to using disallowed clients – 14-day ban (on 3rd offense, increases to 21 days).
• COMMAND ABUSE
  • Rule violation after mute (Mute evading) – 1-day ban, 1 warning.
  • Abuse of /report command – 1-day ban, 1 warning.
• ADDITIONAL RULES
  • Impersonating staff – 1-day ban, 1 warning.
• DDoS THREATS
  • DDoS threats towards staff or the server – Permanent ban.
  • DDoS threats towards other players – 7-day ban.
• BUG/ LAG ABUSE
  • Bug abuse (including lag abuse) – 7-day ban.
  • Use of NetLimiter and/or programs aimed at lag abuse – 30-day ban.
  • Screenshot abuse (freezing the game with excessive screenshots) – 3-day ban.
• INAPPROPRIATE PLAYER FEATURES
  • Inappropriate nickname – Permanent suspension of account.
  • Inappropriate skin – 2 warnings + 2-day ban.
• SCAMMING
  • Scamming (including in-game currency) – 7-day to permanent ban.
  • Attempting to scam or deceive staff by providing fake evidence/chat – 7-day to permanent ban.
• BLACKLIST
  • Sharing / spreading personal, private, or sensitive data (Dox) – Permanent ban / Blacklist.
  • Selling items/accounts for real money – Permanent ban / Blacklist.
  • Account theft – Blacklist.
• MUTE-WORTHY OFFENSES
  • Insulting the server – 1-day mute.
  • Insulting staff – From 1 hour to 1-day mute.
  • Insulting players – From 20 minutes to 3 hours mute.
• INAPPROPRIATE / DISCRIMINATORY LANGUAGE
  • Blasphemy – 3-hour mute.
  • Inappropriate language – 20 minutes to 1-hour mute + 2 warnings.
  • Threats – 1 to 4-hour mute.
  • Racism / Any type of social discrimination – 2 to 6-hour mute.
  • Wishing death – 2 to 6-hour mute.
  • IP spam – 7-day mute.
  • Link spam, advertising, inviting to other servers – 1-day mute.
  • Inappropriate apologism – 30 minutes to 3-hour mute.
  • Mentioning other servers – 15-minute mute + 1 warning.
• CAPS / FLOOD
  • Flooding (repeating the same message multiple times) – 10-minute mute + 1 warning.
  • Caps lock (using all uppercase letters) – 10-minute mute + 2 warnings.

Discord Rules

• Sharing the IP of other Minecraft, TeamSpeak, or Discord servers is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban from the Discord server.
• Spamming any type of link without staff approval is forbidden. Violation will result in a 1-day timeout.
• Insulting or disrespecting a staff member is not allowed. This offense will result in a 1-day timeout.
• Insulting or disrespecting other users is not allowed. This may result in a timeout ranging from 1 hour to 1 day, depending on the severity and the staff's discretion.
• Flooding any text channel is prohibited. Violators will receive a timeout ranging from 10 minutes to 1 hour at staff discretion.

Tickets

• Creating tickets without a real need for support or to waste staff's time is prohibited. This will result in a 1-day timeout.
• New tickets that do not contain a description of the issue may be deleted by the staff after 4 hours of creation.
• Tickets inactive for more than 24 hours will be automatically closed by the staff. Inactivity means the player has not responded for more than the allowed time (excluding periods where a staff reply is expected). The staff’s message must mention the player or refer to one of their previous messages.
